Delicious Peppermint Fudge...by Hope

2 cups milk chocolate chips

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

dash of salt

1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

3/4 cup hard peppermint candy, crushed

Line and 8x8 inch square pan with foil. Grease foil. In a saucepan, over low heat, melt milk chocolate chips, semisweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salt. Remove from heat; stir in peppermint extract. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Sprinkle with peppermint candy. Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board and cut into squares.

(From "A Chocolate Christmas")
I, Kathie, would recommend using a softer candy that the little round peppermints. They make it a little hard to cut and eat...but they are yummy, I'm glad they are for a party and aren't staying here calling my name :)
